Aimee Stebbing

Aimee graduated from Oxford University in 2000 with an Honours degree in Theology. She trained at White & Case and qualified in 2005 before joining Davenport Lyons in 2010.

Aimee's practice focuses on company and commercial and is a professional support lawyer in the team.

Recent experience includes:

  • Acting for a Central and Eastern European real estate development company on its initial public offering and admission to AIM and assisting a Czech pharmaceutical company on its full listing of shares and GDRs on the London Stock Exchange;
  • Advising a real estate fund in relation to its US$217m joint venture with a real estate investment partnership structured through a Jersey Property Unit Trust;
  • Acting for a consortium of banks on the financing of a major energy provider’s recommended cash offer;
  • Assisting a bank in relation to the sale through a controlled auction process of its institutional global custody business to JPMorgan.
  • Advising a private equity house on their acquisition of a real estate fund SPV.
  • Advising a major Italian bank on the integration, merger and restructuring of its Central and Eastern European banking group with that of two other European banks.
  • Advising a publicly listed sports manufacturing brand on its acquisition of a Hong Kong manufacturing and sourcing operation.

Aimee enjoys yoga, boxing, cocktails and reading.
