Angharad Davies
Angharad Davies graduated from The London School of Economics in 2002 with a 2:1 degree in Law. She trained at Lawrence Graham and qualified in September 2005. Before joining Davenport Lyons, Angharad worked at Eversheds.
Angharad’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, but acting mainly for clients in the retail sector. She also has experience acting for landlords.
Recent experience includes:
- Acting on portfolio disposals to Waterstones and New Look on behalf of Borders bookshops prior to their recent administration
- Advising a Landlord/Developer client in relation to setting up its retail scheme at the O2 Dome Site on Greenwich Peninsula
- Acquiring High Street and Shopping Centre leases for numerous retail clients including brands such as Armani, DKNY Jeans, Moss Bros and Hugo Boss
- Acting for Clas Ohlson on its UK entry into numerous Shopping Centres
- Advising Hard Rock on UK real estate management
Angharad is a keen golfer having played for The Welsh Girls team. She also enjoys foreign travel.
