Colin Winyard
Colin Winyard qualified in 1996 and has wide experience in retail, leisure and pension property transactions.
Colin spent the first five years of his legal career mainly acting for retail, and leisure clients for leading regional practices. He is used to the demands of retail and licenced clients and the need for speedy transactions.
Following a “Gap Year” in Australia, taken before his daughter started school, Colin joined Winterthur Life leading a legal and surveying team advising on all aspects of property ownership. Colin is used to working closely with surveyors in property transactions.
Colin moved to London in May 2007 and is specialising in retail and leisure property in the Commercial Property Department.
Colin has acted in transactions for various well-known retail and leisure clients.
Colin has experience of the following;
· Acquisitions and disposals of shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants.
· Secured lending involving licenced premises.
· Shopping centre leases including negotiating turnover rents.
