Paul Toolan
Paul graduated from St Peter’s College Oxford in 1994. He then took up a Fellowship at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, where he graduated with an MA in History. He trained at Davenport Lyons and qualified in 2000. Paul became a Partner in 2007.
Paul’s practice focuses on corporate mergers and acquisitions, structuring corporate and partnership vehicles for tax efficient offerings, corporate finance, structuring investment vehicles, financial services regulatory advice, private equity arrangements, joint ventures, group re-structuring, distressed M&A work and other general company and commercial matters.
