HR Employee Engagement Survey 2010 Results Seminar - 10 February
Following last year’s landmark report on engagement by David Macleod, HR Magazine and Fairplace investigated the HR view of the topic and its impact on the business. The results were extremely interesting, for example:
- 98.9% of respondees felt employee engagement has a direct impact on business success
- 94.45% believe engagement is very important or important to the success of the organisation
But:
- 48.4% don’t correlate employee engagement with business performance
- 40.3% don’t link engagement to business outcomes
And despite this, 27.1% don’t measure engagement at all.
This event digs deeper into the results.
