These events bring together current and prospective Non-Executives, our Recommended Recruitment Associates and others interested in the selection and training of Non-Executives, providing a unique opportunity to hear and meet key players in the Non-Executive area. Being a non-executive director in a business backed by private equity brings it’s own particular issues. This event gives delegates the opportunity to hear about the regulatory environment from a lawyer with extensive experience in this area, a view from a private equity house about what they look for in and expect of their non-executive directors and a personal view of the role from an experienced PE non-executive director.
