| Fleur Isaac - Intellectual Property |

Fleur
graduated from University College London in 1995 with
a BA (Hons) degree in Economics and Philosophy. Having
trained at Olswang, she qualified as a solicitor in
2000. Fleur joined Davenport Lyons in April 2004 and
became an Associate in July 2005.
Fleur specialises in contentious intellectual property matters including trade mark, copyright, design right, database right, passing off and domain name disputes. She has also advised extensively in relation to data protection matters.
Recent experience includes:
- Managing extensive trade mark portfolios and advising on related issues.
- Launching and defending invalidation and opposition proceedings.
- Carrying out intellectual property due diligence and advising generally in relation to the acquisition of intellectual property rights.
- Advising on the exploitation of intellectual property rights.
