Natalie is an associate in the Corporate Department. 

Natalie’s practice is focused on corporate and commercial advice and recent experience includes:

• Assisting with £40 million disposal by Radio Investments of a group of local radio companies.
• Assisting with £9 million acquisition of film/TV series distribution rights, including advising on the ‘whitewash’ procedure for financial assistance by a company in the acquisition of its own shares and bank security.
• Assisting with applications for listing of companies on the AIM market on the London Stock Exchange.
• Advising on various commercial joint ventures agreements.
• Advising on the divestment of a scheme operated by the Ministry of Defence into an independent charitable structure and advising generally on corporate charities.
• Advising on corporate finance matters including capital reorganisations, subscriptions, loan notes, share buy-backs and redemptions and capital reductions.
• Advising on director/shareholder exits including compromise arrangements and termination of employment and drafting executive and non-executive director contracts.
• Advising employment agencies on terms and conditions.
• Advising on start-up businesses, shareholders agreements and articles of association.
• Drafting and advising on terms and conditions and commercial contracts including services, marketing and distribution agreements
• Assisting with partnership structures (especially for tax efficient ventures in the film and television industry).
