Andrew graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Economics in 1999. Andrew trained at Olswang, qualifying in 2004 before joining Spring Law. Andrew joined Davenport Lyons’ Corporate Department in 2006.

Andrew has a broad corporate and commercial practice that includes advising on corporate mergers and acquisitions; shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, joint ventures, corporate structures and a range of commercial agreements. He also advises on regulatory and company law issues.
