David studied law at the University of Manchester before completing the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.  David joined Davenport Lyons in September 2005 as a trainee and qualified in September 2007.

David’s practice is in general corporate and commercial work including sales, acquisitions and fundraisings as well as advising on more general commercial contracts.
