Fola graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University (University
of Ife), Nigeria with a degree in English in 1989. She
worked as a Copywriter and Creative Group Co-ordinator,
for an Advertising firm in Nigeria and later as Benefits
Advisor with the Benefits Agency.
Fola qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1996 and
worked with CDC Group Plc before joining Davenport Lyons
in April 2001.
Fola administers Davenport Lyons' Company Secretarial
Unit and her experience includes:
- Board and Committee administration;
- Statutory Compliance;
- General company secretarial administration; and
- Corporate Governance.
