| Kevin graduated from Warwick University before studying for
the PGDL and LPC. He joined Davenport Lyons for 12 months as a paralegal in March 2003 as part of a team working on a high-profile domicile dispute. Kevin
returned as a trainee solicitor in March 2005, qualifying in March 2007.
Kevin is an assistant solicitor in the Contentious Rights and Dispute Resolution Department, which specialises in defamation and media-related litigation
matters as well as undertaking general commercial disputes and breach of contract disputes. Kevin has had experience in commercial, music and litigation
matters. His recent experience includes acting as part of the team advising a member of a foreign Royal Family in a breach of confidence, fraud and
money-tracing claim.
