Penny qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1997. She worked at Nelsons and Lawrence Graham before joining Davenport Lyons’ commercial property department in October 2005.

Penny specialises in residential and commercial property, especially landlord and tenant management, assisting on acquisitions for investors and acting for lenders of both institutional and bridging companies.
