Peter joined the Commercial Property team at Davenport Lyons in January 2003 and is regarded as a leading practitioner in London residential and mixed-use development schemes.

He acts for a major Singapore developer with regard to turn-key projects or joint venture site acquisitions in the UK and Europe and subsequent on sales of commercial and residential units.

He has recently acted for a joint venture involving The Grosvenor and Buccleuch Estates in an exclusive residential development in Belgravia and is now involved in a major residential scheme adjacent to Tate Modern for the same clients.

In addition, Peter has acted for a number of hotel operators acquiring boutique hotels in London, together with serviced apartments and in particular assisting in the launch of Fraser Serviced Apartments a major Singaporean serviced apartment operator.

Peter also acts for a large number of high net worth non-domiciled clients acquiring London houses and apartments and in particular from Russia and the Middle East. He has close contacts with the main London agents, and private Banks who specialise in advising for such acquisitions and in addition liaising closely with the firms Tax department sets up appropriate tax structures for these purchasers.
