| Peter
has specialised in all types of licensing work for over
30 years. He joined Davenport Lyons in July 2003
from Field Fisher Waterhouse where he was a partner
and head of their licensing department. Over his
career he has dealt with a wide range of high profile
clients. His licensing practice comprises alcohol,
entertainment, betting and gaming. He is acknowledged
be a leader in his field.
Peter has spoken at numerous
conferences and seminars including on the Sky TV
Pub Channel as their resident legal expert. He has
regularly appeared in the legal directories as a
front line licensing lawyer and has been described
in Chamber UK 2008 as having a “hard-working attitude” and “outstanding
advocacy skills.”
Peter is a member of the Westminster Licensing Committee
Users forum and of Unity - the Association of Valuers
and Brokers of Licensed Property.
