Philippa qualified in April 2007 and joined Davenport Lyons in 2008 as an assistant solicitor in the Tax & Trusts group. Philippa has dealt with a wide range of general private client work, including wills, trusts, probate (contentious and non-contentious), capital tax planning, powers of attorney, and work related to family businesses and landed estates. She will now focus particularly on probate administration (both UK and offshore) and mental capacity issues, as well advising on tax and estate planning for private individuals.
