| Tim
graduated from University of London with a degree in
Psychology. He qualified as a solicitor at Davenport
Lyons and is part of the Music & Entertainment Group. Prior
to joining Davenport Lyons, Tim worked for a music production
company before setting up and running an independent
record label.
Tim advises labels, artists, managers, publishers,
producers, music synchronisation agencies, music
and film production companies and distributors on
a range of issues, including:
- Record label legal and business affairs.
- “DIY” artist record releases and deals
with record labels.
- Digital distribution.
- Music to mobile agreements.
- “360 degree” music agreements.
- Music publishing.
- Artist management.
- Music for film and synchronisation deals.
