Zoë graduated from LSE in 2001 before studying for the CPE and the LPC. Zoë joined Davenport Lyons in September 2003 as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in September 2005.

Zoë is an assistant solicitor in the Contentious Rights and Dispute Resolution Department specialising in defamation and media-related litigation matters aswell as undertaking pre-publication work, general commercial disputes and breach of contract disputes. She has worked on a number of libel cases including Galloway (which set a number of guidelines in relation to qualified privilege) and defending libel claims on behalf of MGN Limited.

• Advising on claims involving breach of contract / copyright / negligence in the entertainment sector.
• Advising on pre-publication work.
