Mino graduated from Keele University
in 1979 with an upper second-class degree in Law & Philosophy and
later gained a first class degree in Mathematics from the Open University.
He
was a partner at Nelsons
from 1982 to 2005 before
joining Davenport Lyons in 2005 as a partner in the Commercial
Property Department.
Mino is a commercial property lawyer with very broad
experience. He has specialist expertise in acting
for commercial property lenders including building
societies, banks and finance houses. He advises both
on-shore and off-shore clients including property
investors and property developers on all aspects of
their business interests within the UK property market,
including new build warranties and professional appointments.
Mino provides practical commercial business advice
and enjoys working closely with his clients to build
long-term relationships.
Mino has contributed to the Encyclopaedia of Forms and
Precedents published by Butterworths.
