Leslie qualified as a solicitor in 1972. He became a partner in Richards Butler in 1978, and was Head of Tax until joining Davenport Lyons in October 2000. He has extensive legal experience, having dealt with the taxation implications of many complex UK and international transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, corporate joint ventures and restructuring.
