Tom
graduated from London Guildhall University in 1991 and
qualified as a solicitor in 1995 having trained at a
leading West End firm. Tom has previously worked at
a number of City law firms including Simmons and Simmons
and Olswang before joining Davenport Lyons in July 2004.
He became an associate in July 2005 and partner in July
2006.
Tom has experience in a wide range of both commercial and residential property matters particularly in the field of residential development and has acted for most of the top house builders in the country.
Tom also regularly acts on the acquisition and disposal of residential freehold and leasehold properties.
