Intertrade Europe Srl & Intertrade (UK) Ltd on a High Court claim for fraud, passing off, misuse of confidential information.  Defendant was former consultant with our client who upon termination of his contract brought down their website for one of its brands, the Defendant having secretly put ownership of the Claimant’s domains for this brand in his own name.  The Defendant also then failed to return property belonging to the Claimants, including highly confidential distributor and stock lists.

BMG Rights Management GmbH (“BMG”) in relation to its 2011 bid for EMI’s music publishing division.  Our team advised on the UK music catalogue issues, trade marks and property matters. The eventual winning bid from the Sony/ATV consortium for EMI’s music publishing division was $2.2 billion.
