For many years our music team has represented artists, record labels, music publishers, managers, venues and many other clients across the traditional and digital music sector. We have also represented brand owners and advise "brand" clients on how best to exploit and protect their intellectual property in the changing marketplace, from both legal and commercial viewpoints.
As new business models develop alongside new technologies, and as the music and brands industries increasingly collaborate in mutual revenue generating ventures, we provide our clients with advice on, amongst other things, sponsorship, endorsement and merchandising, new media, rights issues and investment in artists.
