
Davenport Lyons advises Compact Media Group Management Team

Davenport Lyons has advised the management team behind Compact Media Group (Compact), John O’Sullivan and Richard Green, on the appointment of Richard Green as its new Executive Chairman and on the private equity deal terms with Lyceum Capital which has invested £17 million to drive the growth and development of the business.
Compact Media Group is the leading independent rights administrator and distributor of secondary TV and film rights revenues. The deal will enable Compact to further develop the business with strategic input and additional capital from Lyceum Capital.
Corporate partner Alon Domb led the Davenport Lyons team assisted by partners Roger Bindschedler (tax), Laura Livingstone (employment) and Nigel Davies (music and rights).
