
Davenport Lyons continues strategic expansion with new partner appointment

Leading West End law firm Davenport Lyons is pleased to announce the appointment of litigator Nick Goldstone to the partnership. Nick is the sixth partner to join the firm this year, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to increasing its partnership and expanding its client offering.
Nick is an experienced commercial litgator and solicitor advocate whose practice covers a broad range of contentious work, including contractual and financial disputes, media litigation, professional negligence and tribunal work.
He has been involved in many notable and reported cases over years including acting for three of the defendants in the notorious case of JSC BTA Bank v Ablyazov & Others one of the largest series of fraud proceedings pending before the Commercial Court and scheduled for trial in November in 2012.

Nick is joining the firm from Magrath LLP where he was a partner.
