Davenport Lyons is delighted to have advised Evans Randall on its disposal of an 800,000 sq ft B&Q distribution facility in Doncaster.

This transaction continues Davenport Lyons' association with the privately held investment banking and private equity group and follows the firm's recent instruction from Evans Randall on the acquisition of Sovereign House, a data centre located in London Docklands, for the sum of approximately £27 million.

This is yet another example of Davenport Lyons' expanding corporate real estate practice.
