Davenport Lyons advises innovative events supplier on its admission to AIM

Davenport Lyons represented Snoozebox Holdings plc on its admission to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and on a placing of Ordinary Shares which raised £12 million.  The market capitalisation of Snoozebox on Admission was £20.5 million.

The Nominated Adviser and Broker to the issue was Panmure Gordon & Co.

Snoozebox is the provider of portable hotels and temporary accommodation for the outdoor events market.

The Davenport Lyons team was led by Rebecca Ferguson, assisted by Jenny Constable, Isabel Deeny (all corporate), Jim Dennis (intellectual property) and Julia Guy (employment).
